I’m using this theme on my blog. It looks great, easy to navigate and good colours. Great work!

Hi, I want to include the title of the blog entry in the tag - can you tell me how I do this? Please Please…
December 12th, 2005 at 6:51 pm
It’s my cute, sweet, Englishman. I am not sure what you mean, please elaborate.
December 13th, 2005 at 2:55 pm
hehe I think I’ve sorted it.

Blah Blah Blah Blah
If you insert this in header.php what it will do is use the blog entry title in the title tag. Where ‘Blah Blah’ is in the code you can enter other keywords or leave it blank - if you have a look at my blog you’ll see what I mean when you click on a blog story

Damn the php code didn’t come through! I can’t edit it .. ugh.. Sorry.
December 13th, 2005 at 7:12 pm
I am not sure what you’re trying to do. When you click an entry to read the title bars title does change to reflect the post, is that what you mean?

Colleen, sorry it’s my accent
Yes, this is what I was meaning. I have fixed this now with a snippet of PHP code, which seems to have done the trick.. Thanks anyway oh talented one
BTW NICEEE pic..

hehe, thanks. What exactly did you add that wasn’t there?

Hi
This is a nice skin, thank you for making it available. I like everything about it. But I run into a problem recently. Sidebar editor (http://flapjack.chips.jp/blog/pp/2005/09/29/44/) plugin does not work with it. It places sidebar into the content part of the page. Would you know how to put it where it belongs?
December 14th, 2005 at 11:30 am
Do Gon, it’s probably inserting itself inside the code in the wrong spot. If you want me to look into it I’d have to go in the admin and see what it’s trying to do.
December 14th, 2005 at 6:26 pm
Thank you. How can I contact you to give you access? May be you should email me?
December 15th, 2005 at 6:42 pm
Do Gon, I sent you an email yesterday, haven’t header back from you.
December 15th, 2005 at 6:47 pm
Do Gon, that plugin isn’t guaranteed to work with the current Wordpress release, it says so on the site.
“This plugin doesn’t work on the newest version of WPMU or maybe also on WP 2.0 beta version. After you upgraded database, you cant get values you saved any more. I’m trying to solve this problem now…
But a quick fix is here. I don’t know if it works on everyone’s installation.”
It also says this, and I don’t even know what the multi user edition is, perhaps that’s the problem. Maybe you’re not using that edition plus the plugin wasn’t guaranteed to work with the current wordpress release.
“I tested this on Word Press multi user edition and it works anyway. I think this plugin works also on normal Word Press.”

Hi Colleen,
I have modified your theme for two sidebars. Could you please take a look at http://dalailamaquote.dzong.com ? It was not very difficult even with my knowledge of php and css. But I am not sure how to reduce empty space between sidebar and main body. I would like to make main body a bit wider. I tried to play with different margins and padding, but it did not work out.
Have great holidays!

Hi Matthew, Thanks for the feedback. Can you let me know what the problem with xml is so I can address it? Thanks!
May 3rd, 2006 at 7:20 am
hi colleen,
here is a link to the xml validation for my site
http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.matthewswan.co.uk%2F
however it appears to give the same results when you run it on your demo site too.

Hi,
I like the theme. I’m testing it locally and widgetizing it.
The only question I have is what is the Source folder? I of course see the file in there but it seems to be compiled in some fashion.
I was just curious what it was.
thanks!

Nice theme; I’m considering it for my blog. But one thing: There is no dedicated line separating the dates (two posts the same day is separated the same way as two posts on different dates; you need to look for the date). The normal thing (if we assume only one entry per day) would be a line as it is now (or possibly slightly stronger). But if there are two posts, a lighter line should be used. Is such a thing difficult to add?

Hello,
My deepest respect and gratitude to you for your skill and artistry. I am planning a move out of Blogspot and a new blog as well. I love this design! I want to use it but need a 3-column theme.
It is ridiculous to ask you to do anything on top of all you do already, but if you ever make this 3-column, I would prefer this theme to all I have seen. Widget-ready is awesome also, if you do that. Thank you for your time.
