I’m getting the same problem as Flybye, only in FF but not IE7. This is a beautiful theme; I’d love to be able to put it to use on my wp blog.

Do not place anything wider than the sidebar, in the sidebar, ie; the calendar for one, also, sometimes people copy and paste their post, tables may get in and unclosed tags may also get into your post causing it to break other parts of the layout.
The sidebar uses a design with a fixed width, it’s very important NOT to place anything too wide in it, as in Flybye’s screenshot, that calendar he has in the sidebar is way too wide to be there.

I just wanted to say that this is one of the best themes I’ve seen and I have had no hesitation in switching to it. Top job.

I love the theme you have created, easily the best out there!
I am having difficulty with the text widgets. when I insert it it floats to the left out of the sidebar frame. Everything else remains in place and works properly. I don’t think it is too wide and I have tried to figure it out with no luck. Can you please advise?
Thanks in advance.

Any chance of getting a wider version of bluetech theme made? It’s awesome but I like to do my blogs at about 1000 px wide for the more average user nowadays

Mosis, I don’t know what would cause that.
Rhonda, the theme is now available in a fluid width to expand and contract with your users resolution.
Cheers.

I thought I commented here but I must have commented on the main blog. Thanks so very much! I’m uploading it now to put on hubbys site at http://tipsbyjeff.com
You truly have the best themes around so unique and beautiful
One day when I am making some money lol or should I say when hubby lets me spend some of it, I will be needing some custom themes and believe me I will not be asking anyone else but you Colleen to create them!

I look forward to it Rhonda!
Thanks so much for the compliments, they really do mean a lot to me.

Hi Colleen, I’ve been using your blue tech theme for some time now. I noticed that Rhonda’s implementation of this theme at http://tipsbyjeff.com has movable columns (in other words, when you maximise the browser window, then blog content width increases). Is this something that you’ve updated in the template, or is it something that Rhonda has changed. How hard is it to modify my existing template? (take a look at my site at http://www.benchristian.com). I’d really like my blog to behave the same way.
Thanks very much in advance, and keep producing top quality themes!

Hi Ben, yes I’ve modified the theme, you’ll have to download the full width one above and install it.

What do you think about localizated versions of your theme? Do you want to offer them for users? I might do one for germans…

I like the look, but when I tried the fluid version on my site in Firefox 2.0.4 it wasn’t coming out right. The contents of the side bar where to far to the left, and a lot of the containers were winding up down on the bottom.

What does this mean on my archives? Call to undefined function: is_tag() in /home/mosco/public_html/wp-content/themes/blue-tech/archive.php on line 4

I’m running WP 2.3.2 and installed Blue Tech, but it’s messed up. The side boxes break up and appear all over the page. This is in Firefox, Safari, IE on Mac and PC. Any ideas why?

How can I make another Tab Menu after Home ???

Hi, I am using your BLUE TECH 1.1 theme for my podbean page, as offered as one of their defaut themes. It’s great and totally suits my needs, except I am having a problem with the navigation bar.
The navigation bar (Just under the header) is not displaying all my pages – and is only displaying the default HOME page. I infact have another 3 pages (Info / Events / blog), which are displayed when I use other themes, but not displayed with the Blue Tech theme.
Any idea on why this might be happening? Have podbean used a cutdown version of the theme?
Is there anything I could change in the CSS (I have a fairly decent understanding of CSS)
Regards
