WebTalkForums has Sitelinks!
Monday, April 14th, 2008I guess some website owners find this exciting. I was on another forum, and the owner mentioned having Sitelinks, so I decided to check webtalkforums in Google for Sitelinks.
Before I go on… a description of Sitelinks:
Sitelinks are additional links Google sometimes generates from site contents in order to help users navigate your site. Google generates these sitelinks periodically from your site’s contents.
Because we generate sitelinks dynamically, this list can change from time to time.
I don’t think anyone is quite sure how Google determines which sites and when to give Sitelinks but it sure is neat having them.
I did a Google search for “webtalkforums”. We currently have 4 Sitelinks.
Some say that submitting a sitemap helps, I had submitted a sitemap for webtalkforums a while back via my webmaster tools area of Google, within that are it shows more links as Sitelinks then what we currently see in Google.
Do any of your websites have Sitelinks yet? I’d be interested in hearing more about them.
