A few weeks back I happened across this post from wpmu.org, I found it a little disconcerting because I have offered several free WordPress themes for many years now. ( I wasn’t specifically mentioned but I can be found via Google search 
)My themes will NEVER and have NEVER had encrypted links in the footer. The only link I have in my free WordPress themes footer is a credit link for myself, which is not encrypted.
I personally have always found the encrypted footers in some WordPress themes to be really stinky. If you’re a frequent member of webmaster forums, you’ve probably seen WordPress themes footer links for sale, that’s where they’re coming from.
My themes however, are made by myself and will never have encrypted footers or links. I was thinking of updating them all for the recent WordPress version but I am not sure people are still using them, and with a little one now I don’t have all the free time I used to.

Hi, I recently downloaded and installed
WP Colors – Blue/Orange – Fluid Width – 2 Columns 2.8.3 and found it to be very friendly and attractive. Good job and thanks for it. However I am having trouble to allow comments to be displayed. I set my static page to my home page and have allowed comments but the comments box does not show up. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
